Leadership

Mr. Conrad has served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Director, Co-Founder, and member of the executive management committee for MBC Systems since 1993. Mr. Conrad is also co-founder and serves as the CFO of Southern California Sports Rehabilitation. Prior to joining, Mr. Conrad was Vice President of Operations for AR Advantage Inc, a subsidiary of DVI Inc, a diversified financial service and consulting organization within the healthcare industry.

Mr. Tep joined MBC Systems in 2009. Prior to joining MBC Systems, he was Program Director for Cogent Healthcare, a leader in the development and management of hospital medicine programs nationwide. While there, he was responsible for directing all financial and operational matters, working with the Chief Executive Team of the Hospital Client. He holds a BS in Health Service Administration.

Ms. Rohani has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Prior to joining MBC Systems, Ms. Rohani worked for Marriott International as business manager in their corporate housing division. Ms. Rohani holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Florida.

At MBC Systems, Ms. Weinstein-Galvez focuses on maximizing reimbursement for our clients in the Worker's Compensation division. She works very closely with our clients to develop processes that meet their specific goals, coaches the staff on improvement strategies, and supports the organization as needed for development. With more than 13 years of experience in Worker's Compensation and Commercial insurance, Ms. Weinstein-Galvez has been at the forefront of MBC's success.

Ms. Le has been a part of the MBC team for over a decade. In the time that she has been with the organization, she has taken on every role of the company. Her knowledge and experience of how the company runs makes her a tremendous asset. She does more than just her current role of working with our clients; she also handles our daily financial activity and also is a confidant for our staff.

Mr. Ta has been with MBC since 2006. In November 2009, Mr. Ta was appointed Manager, Information Technology after having served in various senior capacities. He is responsible for the direction, development, and delivery of technology solutions in the advancement of MBC’s mission to provide high value software and services to healthcare providers.

Ms. Poliquin joined MBC Systems in 2005, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare expertise. Prior to joining the MBC team, Ms. Poliquin spent many years managing at Emergency Ambulance Services. There she focused on contracts. She provides knowledge and experience on the commerical insurance side and has been a tremendous asset to the organization.

Ms. Villas joined MBC in 1995 as our Billing Manager. She brings with her more than two decades of billing and coding experience. Ms. Villas and her team focus on mitigating billing issues and ensuring compliance with all aspects to billing and coding.
